DST VS YOUR HEALTH 🌙

The end of DST means an extra hour of sleep but it can also mess with our internal clock system! ⏰ Sleep schedule disruptions, less evening light, and the shift towards shorter/darker days can take a real toll on depression and anxiety.

If you’re feeling a little more tired, anxious, or just “off”- know you’re not alone. Here’s what I’m doing to help boost my mood:

☀️Slowing down.

☀️Keeping routine.

☀️Sunlight exposure.

☀️Talking about my feelings.
